What to include, by reason
- Bug report
- Include your device, browser, and OS (e.g. "iPhone 14, Safari, iOS 17"), whether you were in Sensor or Manual mode, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
- Feature request
- Describe the measurement you were trying to make and where the tool fell short. Concrete use cases are more useful than general suggestions.
- Privacy or data question
- Ask about anything covered in the Privacy Policy, including what little the site does and doesn’t collect.
- Everything else
- Feedback, press, partnership questions — the same address reaches the same person.
